Meet Our Speaker:
Diane Dormanen, CEO of Coremark Metals, has over 35 years of industry experience, but it’s not a knowledge of metals that led the company to the “Top Women-Owned Manufacturer of the Year” award in 2023. Instead, it’s Diane’s intentional approach to embracing change, shaping corporate culture, and bringing joy to the workplace each day. Diane is passionate about sharing her journey – from mother of 6 girls, to CEO of a male-dominated industry…and the challenges, successes, and lessons learned along the way. She hopes to inspire women to use their voices and talents to achieve their dreams – no matter how distant they may seem!
